Paruppu Vada/ Daal Vada

  • 1 cup Channa dal/ Kadala paruppu/ Vada paruppu soaked in water for 3 hours
  • 1 Onion Finely chopped
  • curry leaves finely chopped
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Groundnut Oil to deep fry
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 Red chillies

Recipe Notes

Drain the water and coarse grind daal and red chilly.

Combine it with all the remaining ingredients.

Shape your Vadas and deep fry when oil is really hot. While frying Vadas keep in medium flame. 

Tasty Vadas are ready.
