This simple and tasty mutton chukka tastes very good with ghee rice and parotta. This recipe is super easy to make and a must try.
Clean and cut mutton into small pieces. Add curd, salt and all the masala powders to it. Mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Add 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for 6 - 8 whistles. If the meat is tender then 6 whistles would be enough. In a kadai heat oil, add onions and curry leaves. Saute till brown.
Add the cooked mutton and let it come to a boil.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve with ghee rice, parotta or chapatti.
