- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 3/4 cup (or 1 cup if u want more sweet)
- Banana – 1
- Cardamon – 2
- Oil – to fry
Blend all the above ingredients to a smooth puree and keep it for at least 7-8 hrs.
While frying add little water to get dosa batter consistency.
Mix ghee and oil in appam thattu and let it heat.
Once it is hot reduce the flame and pour the batter. After 2 mins flip the sides and cook.
Sweet appam is ready. (If you want it to be very fluffy then you can add a pinch of baking soda just before pouring the batter)
