Wheat Dosa Recipe/ Godhumai Dosai

When I am in no mood to knead Chapathi dough, this dish comes as a saviour for me. Wheat Dosa sambar and coconut chutney is one my favourites. This tastes good when you make it a little thin and crispy. Make sure the batter is runny only then the dosa comes perfect. This instant wheat dosa can be a perfect breakfast on your busy days. Whenever I get into a healthy dieting mood , out of excitement I make chapatis initially. But after 2 days I really start getting lazy to knead the dough and I end up preparing Wheat dosas :P. Learn how to make this tasty Wheat dosa with stepwise pics.
