Vendakkai Puli Kuzhambu Recipe/ Ladies Finger Kulambu
Puli Kuzhambu is a South Indian Vegetarian curry which is prepared in Tamilnadu for lunch. There are so many variations of this curry across the Tamil cuisine. In Kanyakumari district a similiar kind of curry is prepared which is well known as Pulikary or pulikulambu. Many kinds of vegetables are used for preparing this curry. The recipe which I have tried here is Vendakkai Puli Kuzhambu / Ladies Finger Kulambu which is usually prepared in Nellai, Coimbatore, Chennai is also similar to pulikary with little variation. You can try the same recipe with brinjal also. Here the Okras are fried in oil and cooked in a tangy coconut sauce. I simply love the taste of this kulambu and can have it everyday. At my home everyone loved it and I am sure you are gonna like it too. Make sure you choose tender Ladies finger for this recipe.
