- 1.5 cups Bansi Rawa
- 4 cups Water
- 1 big Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 3 Green chilly
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables
- Chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Dry roast rawa in a pan until it turns light brown.
Cut and keep all veggies ready.
In a pan take oil, add onions and green chillies
Add ginger garlic paste and stir till the raw smell goes
Add in chopped tomatoes, veggies, and salt
Add turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Add chopped coriander leaves
Cook till the veggies are half cooked. Now add water. Let it boil. Check for salt.
Once it is boiled simmer the flame and add rawa slowly. Keep stirring while you add. Mix nicely without lumps. Add ghee and cover it with a lid.
Let it cook for 3 mins. You can see all the water is completely absorbed. Mix well.
Serve it hot.
