Tomato Dosai Recipe/ Thakkali Dosai/ How to make Tomato dosai
Tomato Dosai... Does it sounds interesting? It also looks very interesting. My mom taught me this recipe. She use to prepare it using raw rice, but I usually prepare this using dosa rice or the normal cooking rice. According to me the taste and texture of raw rice was better. Since you are using tomatoes you don't need to ferment it overnight. The dosa itself has a mild sourness and it tastes good with sambar and chutney. The colour was so tempting and your children will definitely like it. Use byadagi chillies (upto 6 numbers) for bright red colour. Unlike the normal dosa batter it doesn't require much time.
