Tandoori Chicken Kebab
This Tandoori Chicken Kebab is very easy to make. I used an OTG for this preparation, but u can fry it also. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or leave it in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. I dint add any artificial colour, but if you want it to be like restaurant then u can add some red food colour.
- 6 pieces Chicken nearly 600 gas
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp besan
- 1 tsp Chilli powder optional
Take the chicken pieces and prick with a fork all over it. Squeeze some lemon and salt. Rub evenly and let it rest.
Meanwhile in a bowl mix all the remaining ingredients.
Apply this on chicken pieces evenly. Let it marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins. Grease the baking tray with ghee/ oil and place the chicken pieces. Bake it for 30 mins.
Serve hot with salad and chutney.
