- Sweet Corn – 1 cup
- Garlic – 3
- Ginger – 1 tsp (small piece)
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Pepper – 3/4 tsp
- In a sauce pan add butter, garlic, ginger and saute it for 3 mins. Boil sweet corn separately. Add it to the ginger garlic. Let it cook for 3 to 4 mins.
- Allow it to cool down, add milk to it and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Take butter in a kadai. Add corn paste, sufficient water, salt and pepper and let it boil.
- Sweet corn soup is ready to serve!!!
