Street Style Masala Maggi
- 4 packs Maggi
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 cup carrot, beans sliced
- 1 Tomato
- 1/4 cup Capsicum
- Salt for veggies
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup peas
In a kadai heat oil, add onions and saute.
Add veggies, green chillies, peas and salt. Saute till veggies are partially cooked.
Add capsicum, tomato and the Maggi tastemaker and saute for 2 mins.
Add 4 cups of water and mix well. Let it come to boil.
Now add the Maggi and close the lid. Keep in medium flame for 5 mins.
