- 1 cup Milk
- 8 Strawberries
- 2 small bananas
- 2 tsp Flax seed
- 2 tsp Cane sugar or maple syrup
Chop washed strawberries and bananas into small pieces.
Take it in a blender. Add chilled milk, flax seeds and cane sugar.
