Ingredients:
Tomato – 3
Garlic – 2
Ginger – a small piece
Bay leaf – 1
Cold milk – 1/2 cup
Salt
Pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Method:
- Cut the tomatoes into half. In a pressure cooker add butter and let the tomatoes get roasted nicely.
- Add bay leaf, ginger, garlic to it. add sufficient water and let it cook for 3 whistles.
- Remove the leaf now. Blend it to a fine paste.
- In a kadai add the puree, milk, water, salt and pepper powder. Let it boil for 2 mins. Yummy soup is ready to serve.
