Red Capsicum – 1
Tomato – 2
Onion – 1
Garlic – 5
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
- Apply butter on capsicum and place it on flame directly. Roast it till it becomes soft.
- Soak it in water for sometime and peel off the skin.
- In a kadai add butter, onion, garlic, tomato and saute it well. Grind it along with the roasted capsicum.
- Transfer this puree to a kadai , add sufficient water, salt, oregano and pepper. Let it boil for 2 mins. Soup is ready to serve.
