Rava Laddu is a super quick sweet recipe that tastes super delicious.
- 1 cup Semolina
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- Nuts and Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Elaichi
Add 3 tbsp of ghee to a pan and heat it. Roast the nuts and raisins. Keep it aside.
To the same ghee add rava and fry it on low to medium flame until it turns aromatic. Keep stirring to prevent burning.
When rava turned crunchy transfer to a plate. Set aside to cool.
When slightly cooled add powdered sugar, elaichi and roasted nuts and raisins.
Add milk (1 tbsp for each laddu), mix well and press down tightly in your fist to shape a rava laddu.
Rava Laddu is ready. This stays good for about a month at room temperature.
