Potato Bhaji recipe/ Potato curry for Poori (with coconut)
Poori, Kizhangu(potato) and hot filter kappi(coffee) is a classic combination isn't it? Yes it is my favourite too. Usually I prepare Potato masala for poori at home, which you can see in almost all Tamilnadu hotels. But this is different from the usual poori masala. I had this dish in a hotel at Bombay. It was very tasty and asked the chef for this recipe and dats how I got it. This goes perfectly with hot Pooris. The preparation is very simple and the flavour of garam masalas totally rocks the taste. If you see all my recipes I never add much of garam masalas or Garam Masala powder. I somehow can't accept the domination of those spices over veggies in all dishes. But in this curry it totally complimented the taste of potato. I hope you will like the unique taste of this curry.
