Paneer Butter Masala

- 200 gms Paneer
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 big Onions
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamon
- 10 Cashews
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Bay leaf
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 2 tsp Kasuri methi
In a kadai melt 1 tbsp butter, add cumin seeds, cardamon, cinnamon and cloves.
Add onions, tomatoes, cashews and ginger garlic paste. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Blend it a paste.
In a kadai melt the remaining butter and add bay leaf. Add chilli powder and mix.
Add the puree, coriander powder and salt. Let it boil.
Add honey and fresh coriander leaves.
Once it is nicely boiled add the paneer cubes. Cook for 5 mins.
Add fresh cream and mix well. Add Kasuri methi.
Serve with roti, naan or pulao.
