Ingredients:
Palak – a small bunch
Garlic – 3
Butter – 1 tsp
Pepper – 3/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Salt
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a kadai add butter, garlic and saute it. Now add chopped palak and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Add sugar to it and let it cook for sometime. Turn off the flame.
- Mix cornflour with milk and stir it without lumps.
- Blend palak to a smooth puree.
- Transfer it to a pan, add milk cornflour mixture, sufficient water, salt and pepper.
- Let it boil for 2 to 3 mins. Serve it hot.
