
Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients
- 250 gms Mushrooms sliced
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 3 Green chillies chopped
- 5 Garlic
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1/4 Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil
Recipe Notes
In a kadai heat oil, add fennel seeds.
Add onions, little salt and saute till brown.
Add green chillies, garlic and curry leaves. Saute for 2 mins.
Add chopped mushrooms and capsicum. Add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Do not add water.
Cook till the water is completely absorbed and leaves oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
