Mushroom Pasta in White Sauce
- 3 cups Pasta
- 200 gms Mushrooms sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Capsicums Red and yellow
- 1 pinch Nutmeg powder Optional
- 1/4 cup Cheese any cheese of ur choice
- 2 tbsp All purpose flour
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp Garlic bread sprinkle
- Parsley flakes
Cook pasta separately adding sufficient water, salt and little oil.When it is cooked drain the water and wash it in running water.
In a kadai take 1 tbsp butter, add mushrooms, salt and cook till it absorbs all the water.
Once it is cooked add sliced capsicums, little salt. and saute till it is done.
In a separate pan melt the remaining butter and add the flour. Stir for 2 mins and add milk and cheese. Add nutmeg powder at this stage. Let it cook till it becomes a bit creamy.
Now add the cooked pasta and mushrooms. Add all the seasoning and mix well. Check for salt.
