Panna cotta is an Italian dessert where the sweetened cream is thickened using geletin. You can create variations by adding different flavours like coffee, Vanilla or any fruit, and this one ie. Boil 2 cups of full milk and reduce it till half (instead you can use 1 cup of regular milk and 1 cup of heavy cream also). Now simmer the flame and add gelatin and sugar. Stir till it is completely dissolved. Switch off and let it cool for 15 mins.
Pour it over the top of mango layer and refrigerate for another 4 hours or until it is set.
