- Chopped mangoes – 1 cup(cut along with skin)
- Jaggery – 1 cup (or as per taste)
- Raw rice – 1/2 cup (soak in water for an hour)
- Coconut – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom – 3
- Dry ginger – a small piece
In a pan take the coconut paste, jaggery and 2 cups of water. Mix it thoroughly without lumps.
Cook it in medium flame. Stir continuously. Once it starts thickening add chopped mangoes and keep stirring.
Switch off when the consistency is right. It should not be too watery.
