- Koorka/ Chinese potato – 500 gms
- Shallots – handful( cleaned and sliced)
- Chilly flakes – as required
- Curry leaves
Pressure cook Koorka with 1/4 cup of water for 1 whistle.
Let it cool down. Peel off the skin and cut it into long slices.
In a pan heat oil, saute shallots adding salt. Once it turns soft add koorka chilly flakes and curry leaves.
Stir until it is finely roasted. Its ready.
