Kerala Style Egg Roast for Paratha/ Chapathi/ Porotta

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs – 2
  • Finely chopped onions – 2
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped tomato – 2
  • Chilly Powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

 

Method:

In a kadai heat oil, add onions and sugar. Saute till it turns brown. Add ginger garlic paste and sauce till raw smell goes.

Add chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and garam masala powder. Stir for  2 mins.

Add tomatoes and salt. Saute till the oil comes out.

Add coriander leaves.

Add half a cup of water and let it boil.

Add the boiled eggs and stir gently.

  

Garnish with coriander leaves.
