Ingredients:
- Raw Banana – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Cucumber – half
- Yam – 1/2 kilo
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
To grind:
- Shredded coconut – 1 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Green chilly – 3
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Garlic – 1 pod
- Shallots – 1
Method:
Grind all the above ingredients to a coarse paste.
Cut vegetable to thin long slices.
Add 1/2 cup water to the veggies and cook adding turmeric and salt.
When veggies are half cooked add coarsely grinded paste.
Once cooked add curd. Mix well and turn off the stove.
Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and curry leaves. It’s done.
