- 2 cups Chopped greens any greens of your choice
- 2 Onion Chopped
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 Garlic
- 3 Red chillies
Wash greens thoroughly under running water. Clean and chop greens.
Grind all the given ingredients coarsely.
In a kadai heat oil, add onions and saute till it becomes transcluent.
Add greens and salt. Cover and cook till it is done.
Add the grinded paste and stir. Saute for 2 mins.
Thoran is ready.
