Kadai Paneer Gravy
- 400 gms Paneer
- 1 big Capsicum cut into square pieces
- 4 Onions
- 6 Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- Kasuri methi
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cut and grind onions into smooth puree.
In a kadai heat oil, and fry capsicums for 2 mins. Remove it and keep seperately.
In the same kadai add bay leaf and ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.
Now add onion paste and stir till it becomes golden brown.
Grind tomatoes to a puree and add it to the cooked onion. Add coriander, chilli and garam masala powders. Saute nicely till the raw smell goes.
Once it is cooked nicely add 1/2 cup water, salt and sugar. Add capsicums and cream. Mix well. Let it boil.
Add diced paneer, kauri methi and cook for 2 to 3 more mins. It is done.
Serve hot with roti or pulao.
