Rava/Sooji – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Chopped onion, tomatoes, chillies, coriander leaves – 1 cup
Mix sooji, curd and salt. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
Mix Vegetables with the batter , add sufficient water and mix it. (You can add a pinch of baking soda and pour the batter immediately). The batter should not be watery.
Pour oil on tawa and spread the batter. Cover and cook. Flip the side and cook till it is done.
Serve it hot with sambhar/ chutney.
