Ice Apple Kheer/ Nungu Payasam/ Palm Fruit Kheer
- 6 Ice apple/ Nungu
- 2 Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Cardamom
- 10 Cashews soak and grind it to a paste
In a sauce pan boil milk. Once it is boiled add the cashew paste, cardamom and sugar. Keep in low flame and stir it becomes a bit thick and reduce its volume.
Roughly smash palm fruit with hands or blender.
Add it to the kheer and switch off the flame after 2 mins. Let it cool down. Keep it refrigerator for 3 hours.
