Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup (unsweetened)
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp (unsalted)
Water – 1/2 cup
- In a pan mix cocoa powder, Sugar and water evenly without any lumps. Now switch on the flame and let it cook it medium flame. Let it boil for a minute.
- Add butter to this mixture and let it boil for one more minute.
- Now switch off the flame and let it cool down. You can store it in a refrigerator for atleast a month.
