Peanuts – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp(unsweetened)
Powdered sugar – 3/4 cup
salt – a pinch
Vegetable oil / melted butter – 1/2 cup
- Dry roast peanuts in a kadai until it turns light brown. Let it cool
- Put it in a mixer. Add cocoa powder, sugar, salt, butter and blend it nicely.
- Tasty nutella is ready at home. You can refrigerate it in a glass container for 1 to 2 months.
