Guava juice Refreshing Summer Drink
Guavas are one of the richest source of Vitamin C. Usually we prefer guavas tossed with salt and chilli powder. But this drink is very different which will be loved by your kids. Sometimes kids hesitate eating guavas due to the seeds, which bothers them while enjoying the fruit. So here is the best way to make them eat guavas. This is one simple recipe which is very easy and tasty too. Make sure to use fully riped guavas for this drink. Lets see the procedure now.
- 2 medium Riped Guavas
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tsp Brown Sugar
- Black salt
Wash and cut guavas into cubes. Add little water and cook till it turns soft.
Let it cool a bit. Add ginger, lemon juice, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup water. Blend it to a puree. Strain it thoroughly. Add 2 cups of water and mix well. Check for sweetness.
Serve it chilled.
