Grape Shake- How to make Grape Milkshake
Recently I came across this Grape shake recipe and was so tempted by its colour. This is a bit different from the normal grape juice which we usually make at home. In my home everyone loved it and your kids will definitely like it for its alluring colour. Black grapes are packed with nutrients such as Vitamins C and K. It has high amount of anti oxidants. It is very good for skin due to its anti aging properties. It helps in relieving constipation, indigestion and treating kidney problems.
Eventhough black grapes are delicious, people are hesitant to buy grapes due to the high amount of pesticides used. Whenever u buy grapes especially the black seeded ones make sure you soak it in warm water for 10- 15 mins and wash it again with salt water.

- 2 cups Black grapes
- 1 cup Milk Poured into ice trays and frozen as cubes
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Wash grapes thoroughly and take it in a pan. Add 1/4 cup water and keep it in medium flame. Cook for 5 mins till it becomes soft. Switch off and let it cool.
Take the frozen milk cubes in a blender and add the cooked grapes and sugar. Blend it well. (The colour may not be so attractive when you use milk instead of milk cubes. So make sure you freeze the milk before using it)
Strain the juice using a strainer.
Serve this Grape Shake immediately.
