Grated cauliflower – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder – 1tsp
Aamchoor powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
In a pan take oil and add grated cauliflower.
Add all the powders, sprinkle some water and cook it for 10 mins
Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off. Let it cool down.
Stuff this inside the dough and make parathas.
Apply butter on tawa and flip both sides. Serve it hot..
