Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1
- Green Capsicum – 2
- Yellow Capsicum- 2
- Roasted Jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
- Salt
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Oil- 3 tbsp
Method:
- Remove cauliflower florets. Boil it in water with turmeric powder. Remove when it is half done.
2. Strain the water and keep aside
3. In a pan take oil and add cumin seeds
4. Add cauliflower and let it get roasted
5. Add capsicum and salt
6. Add chilly powder, jeera powder and dry mango powder
7. Let the capsicums get cooked. Turn off
This can be served with roti, sambhar rice or bisibelabath…Your children will surely love it..
