- 1 Cauliflower medium size
- 1/4 cup Maida
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Oil For deep frying
- 1 Onion sliced
- 3 Green chillies slit
- Curry leaves
Cut cauliflower into big florets. Take 3 cups of water, add turmeric powder and salt. Let it boil. Add cauliflower and let it cook partially. Drain the water completely.
Mix all the remaining ingredients adding sufficient water. The batter should not be thin.
Heat oil and start frying when it becomes hot. remove once it becomes nice golden brown and crisp. Remove excess oil using kitchen towel.
In a kadai heat little oil, add onions, chillies and curry leaves. Let it become brown. Add little salt. Add the fried cauliflower. Toss well.
