Garlic Prawns Recipe
Garlic prawns is a very simple and easy to make dish. This can be made in matter of few minutes and can be served as starter for your dinner party. No masala is added in this recipe. The mild flavours of butter and garlic along with prawns tastes super good. Do not overcook prawns ,orelse it will become rubbery. I have removed the tail portion,but you can cook along with it. Your kids will surely love this dish. I have used medium sized prawns, but jumbo prawns will taste good for this dish. Lets see how to make this Garlic prawns with stepwise pics.
- 1/4 kg Prawns
- 8 pods Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp Vinegar/ Lime juice
- Coriander leaves chopped
Clean and wash prawns thoroughly. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter. Add cleaned prawns and saute for 1 minute.
Add chopped garlic and toss well. Add vinegar/lime juice and chopped coriander leaves. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Toss well for 8 mins. By now your prawns would have changed to a orangish colour. Switch off the flame now.
Tasty garlic prawns is ready.
