This desert tastes delicious and it is very easy to make. You can add loads of fruits into this to make it much more healthy.
Ingredients:
Custard Powder – 4 tbsp
Boiled milk – 1/2 litre
Sugar – 8 tbsp
Mixed fruits anything of your choice – 2cups
Cashews and raisins
Method:
Cut all fruits into small pieces and keep it ready..I have used apples, mangoes, pomegranate and bananas.
In a bowl take 4 tbsp of custard powder and mix it well with 1/2 cup of milk.
Mix sugar and remaining milk and bring it to boil. Now reduce the flame and add the custard powder mixture slowly.
Keep stirring without any lumps.
Once you get the right consistency with off and let it cool a bit.
Add the fruits and nuts. Mix it well.
Keep it in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
This yummy custard is perfect to treat your guests.
