Moong daal – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 3
Garlic – 5
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
- Soak moon daal for an hour.
- In a pressure cooker take butter, onion, garlic, tomato and saute it.
- Add pepper powder, salt, soaked daal stir it. Add sufficient water and let it cook for 3 whistles.
- let it cool down and blend it to a smooth puree.
- Boil this puree again in a sauce pan. Add lemon juice and serve hot.
