Coriander leaves – a small bunch
Water – 5 cups
Shredded lemon peel – 1 tbsp
Mixed veg – 1 cup(carrot, peas, baby corn, cabbage)
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
lemon juice – 1 tsp
Green chilly – 2
- Take coriander leaves, chilly, lemon peel in a kadai, add 5 cups of water and let it boil for 10 mins. Strain the water and put it in a kadai.
- Add vegetables to it. Allow it to boil for 5 mins.
- Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to it. Soup is ready to serve.
