Coriander Chutney
This coriander chutney can be served with idly/ dosa. You can adjust the quantity of coriander leaves according to your taste.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Coconut
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 small piece Ginger
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- 1/4 inch tamarind
For tempering
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- Curry leaves
Recipe Notes
Take all the ingredients and grind it adding sufficient water.
In a kadai heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
Add it to the chutney.
