Let's make this healthy smoothie more tasty by adding some chocolate flavour. The preparation of this Chocolate Apple Smoothie takes no time if you have all the ingredients ready. This will be a perfect option for your kid's breakfast. You can replace apple with pears, guava or any other fruit of your choice. You can add some dry fruits or nuts to enhance the taste and nutrition. You can also grab this smoothie for post workout.
- 1 Big Apple
- 2 cups Cold milk
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chocolate chips for garnishing
Clean apples. Peel and chop them into medium pieces.
Take chopped apples, sugar, cocoa powder and 1/4 cup milk in blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Now add the remaining milk and blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into serving glass and garnish with some chocolate chips. Serve chilled
