- Pasta – 1 cup
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Chicken breast piece – cut into strands
- Garlic – 6 nos
- Onion – 1 small
- Capsicum – 1(red and green)
- Maida – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 1 cup
- Chilly flakes – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Parsley leaves
- Pepper – 1 tspn
Cut and keep all the vegetables.
Wash pasta well, put it in a cooker. Add 2 cups of water, salt, 1 tbsp olive oil and cook. Turn off the stove before the cooker starts to whistle..Drain the water once it is cooled and keep it aside.
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Fry chicken and keep aside.
In the same pan saute add butter, garlic then onions, capsicum. Keep it aside.
In the pan add butter, maida and saute.
Once it is roasted add milk, salt, chilly flakes.
Add some pepper, veggies and chicken.
When the sauce starts thickening add pasta then parsley leaves. Mix well. Its done. Serve hot.
