
Chicken Kalmi Kebab

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken leg
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
- Coriander leaves For garnishing
- 4 garlic
- 1 piece ginger
To roast and grind
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp Roasted channa dal
- 10 Cashews
- 1 tsp Peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- Cinnamon, cardamon, cloves
Recipe Notes
Dry roast all the given ingredients and grind it along with ginger garlic.
Mix it with lemon juice, curd, chilly powder, Kashmiri chilly, salt and curd. Prick the chicken pieces with a fork and apply this paste. Cover and keep it in fridge for 6 - 7 hours.
Apply oil on tawa and heat it. Place the chicken pieces, cover and cook for approximately 10 mins. Flip the side and cook for another 15 mins. Cook in medium flame so that it doesn't get burned.
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
