Chicken 65 Recipe/ How to make restaurant style chicken 65
Chicken 65 is a starter dish which is very popular across South India. The chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices to make this tasty snack. I have used kashmiri red chilli powder which is just for the colour, but if you prefer a spicy chicken then you can add regular chilli powder alongwith it. In restaurants they add colours to make it bright but at home we shall opt to skip artificial colours to make it more healthy. Make sure you use boneless chicken for authentic style chicken 65. Lets see how to make this restaurant style Chicken 65 Recipe with stepwise pics.
