Chettinad Mutta Paniyaram
This is a very famous breakfast dish in Chettinad. Before trying it I was afraid that it would smell of eggs. But after preparing I couldn't smell eggs at all and it was much softer and tastier than the usual kuzhipaniyaram. If you have some left over dosa batter then it is a must try. Hope you will enjoy this Mutta Paniyaram.
- 2 cups Dosa batter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- Curry leaves chopped
- Oil For frying
In a bowl take eggs, turmeric and little salt. Beat it well.
To this add the remaining ingredients except oil and mix.
Heat oil in a Kuzhipaniyaram pan and pour batter till half. Once it is done flip sides.
Serve this Chettinad Mutta Paniyaram with any chutney of your choice.
