Ingredients:
Carrot – 4
Garlic – 5
Ginger – a small piece
Pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Peel off carrots and dice it into big cubes.
- Add ginger and garlic to it and pressure cook it for upto 3 whistles.
- Remove the ginger from it and grind carrots and garlic smoothly.
- TAke this puree in a kadai. Add salt and pepper. Let it boil it for 2 mins.
- Add lemon juice atlast and serve it.
