Carrot and Tomato Pasta
A best way to add veggies into your kids meal. Try this kids friendly version of pasta recipe Carrot and Tomato Pasta, which is a healthy and tasty option.
- 2 cups Fusilli Pasta
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 big Carrot
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- 2 tsp butter
- 4 Garlic
- 3 tbsp Cheese
Cook pasta adding sufficient water, salt and little oil. Drain water and let it cool. Do not overcook pasta as it may turn soggy. Cut and keep all the veggies.
In a kadai add butter, Onions, carrots and garlic. Add salt and cook till it is nicely cooked. Add tomatoes and cook till it turns soft. Let it cool and blend it to a puree.
In a kadai add more butter, the grinded puree, paprika, little salt and 1/2 cup water. Let it boil.
Simmer the flame and add cream. Mix well and add the cooked pasta.
Add cheese and mix well.
Garnish with some fresh coriander.
