- Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Curd – 1 cup
- Condensed milk – 1 cup
- Custard powder – 1 tbsp
Take sugar in a saucepan and start heating it in medium flame. Once the colour starts changing keep rotating the pan till gets completely melted. Caramel sauce is ready.
Transfer it immediately to a steel bowl or any mould. Set it aside.
Beat rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Pour it over the caramel sauce.
Steam it in a idly steamer or for at least 30 mins. Check with a knife if it is cooked. Take out and leave it for 15 mins.
Now keep it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
Slowly remove the edges with a sharp knife.
Flip it over. You can top it with some caramel sauce.
