Broccoli Soup Recipe
Broccoli is a super tasty vegetable which is rich in nutrients. It is packed with many of essential vitamins. Learn how to make this tasty and healthy Broccoli soup with stepwise pics.
- 6-7 pieces Broccoli
- 1 small Onion
- 5-6 Garlic pods
- 1/2 cup Milk or more to adjust consistency
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Maida
Clean and chop the veggies.
In a pan melt 1 tbsp of butter and add chopped garlic. Saute till a nice aroma comes. Do not let it burn.
Add chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown.
Add chopped broccoli and saute till it turns soft.
Let it cool and grind it to a paste.
Heat the remaining butter in the pan and add maida. Saute for 2 mins.
Add the milk and let it boil. Add the grinded paste and mix well. Add sufficient salt and pepper.
Tasty broccoli soup is ready.
