Ingredients:
Beetroot – 1
Onion – 1
Garlic – 3
Moong daal – 2 tbsp
Salt
Milk – 1/4 cup
Butter – 1 tsp
Pepper – 3/4 tsp
Method:
- Take butter in a pressure cooker. Add beetroot, Onion, Garlic, and saute it.
- Add Moon daal, and 2 cups of water. Let it cook for 5 whistles.
- Blend it to a smooth puree.
- Take this puree in a sauce pan, add milk, salt, pepper and let it boil for 2 mins. Yummy soup is ready.
